    Yea, it is. If you order food or check in a hotel knowing that you cannot pay for the services, you shall be imprisoned not more than three months and fine not more than five hundred baht or both.

You cannot say Ms A has sexual intercourses with Mr. B habitually, you may say the prime minister is not respectable because he has sexual relations with his own secretary.
