    The marriage in Thai law can be valid only if the parties are 17 years of age and none of them is spouse of another person .If the girl is still a minor, she have the consent of her parents who may give it to her in writing otherwise the parents are entitled to cancel the marriage. If They are mature, they can marry without the parents consent But neither of them is spouse of another person if she younger than 17,she has to apply for permission of court and marriage is valid only by registration with the Thai administrative authorities unless they go home to marry according to the foreigner law.

    Money interest rates are mentioned in a few places .The first and very important place is article 7 that says :”When interest is to be paid and the rate is not fixed by an agreement or an express provision of law, the rate shall be 7.5 % per year.” Suppose you have been given a sum of money by a friend to buy some thing for him it because you spent it for yourself . Under article 811, you have to pay back the money to your friend together with interest under the law of agency .But the rate of interest is not fixed in the agreement between you and him. So the rate of 7.5 % per year under article 7 shall apply

If small punishment May be barred to appeal on the factor .when the case is pending in the higher court, he/she can be released on bail, and when the case in final he/she has the right to ask for pardon from the King, submitted through the penitentiary authority to the justice minister who will give a recommendation for pardoning to his majesty. His/her prison –mate can write the request for him.

However a foreign prisoner in Thailand may request the authorities for continuing imprisonment in his or her own home country because nowadays Thailand has an exchange of prisoners treaty with so many countries. So under such a treaty a prisoner who has served imprisonment term for a certain period of time can request the penitentiary authority for continuing the remaining period of punishment in his or her own homeland .
